ADVANCE RETURN POLICY

FULL REFUND OR CREDIT IF RETURNED:

• Within 30 days of purchase.
• In original factory-sealed carton/box.

NO REFUND PAST 30 DAYS.

EXCHANGE/UPGRADE ONLY.

RESTOCKING (DEPRECIATION) CHARGE MAY APPLY.

RETURNS ON OPEN MERCHANDISE:

No restocking charge if returned:

• Within 30 days of purchase.
• In original carton/box.
• Complete with packaging, parts, manuals, etc.

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE OR UPGRADE ONLY AFTER 7 DAYS USE.

• Restocking charges will apply on returns of "incompletes"
• 10% Depreciation charge 30-60 days
• 20% Depreciation charge 60-90 days
• Returns past 90 days are treated as TRADE-INS.
• Additional charges will apply to returns of merchandise requiring SECOND DELIVERY and/or INSTALLATION.
• Merchandise not readily serviceable will be replaced during its warranty period.

NO RETURNS ON HEADPHONES.

Federal law prohibits the resale of previously used headphones due to danger of infection.
